All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the immediate digital nature of the service — upon payment, you receive instant or near-instant access to private content and signals.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate removal from the server without refund.
All content published in Market Makers Alpha channels — including signals, charts, analysis, educational material, and branding — is the intellectual property of Market Makers Alpha.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use this content for your own trading purposes only. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Market Makers Alpha and its operators shall not be held liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages incurred as a result of following signals or analysis published in our community.
You acknowledge that trading is inherently risky and that you bear full responsibility for all of your trading decisions and their outcomes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.
For Yearly subscribers: access will expire at the end of the paid period. For Lifetime subscribers: access is permanent unless terminated due to a Terms violation.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
